When the time came to say goodbye, we all had tears in our eyes. I never knew saying goodbye in Botswana would be difficult. I always thought that when the time came, that I would bolt up and leave without even looking back. But I was wrong.

It is a totally different ball game when you loose a loved one...someone who has been there all your life. I have always known that death is a sure end for each and every one of us. Like most people say "Death is the only thing in life that comes with a 100% guarantee". But no matter how much literature you know or how much you tell yourself that one day you would lose someone close to your heart. Nothing ever prepares you for the feeling that instantly overwhelms you when it happens.
