Returns:
Our hope is that you would be very happy with your purchase but in the event that you are not entirely happy with it, then that’s not a problem.
You have a right to cancel your order and would be due a full refund if you let us know about your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods.
You have another 14 days to return the goods once you have informed us.
You would have to pay for return postage.
You would be issued a full refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
You do not have to provide a reason.
Art made to order cannot be returned.

All prices and items are subject to availability.
Please ensure the right address is given. We will not be held liable if delivery is made to the wrong address.
Delivery is via Royal Mail Service and may take up to 3 days for the item to arrive at UK mainland addresses or up to 4 weeks for International addresses.
Both email addresses used to join the mailing list and at checking out MUST be the same.
All items are described accurately but colours may vary due to screen resolution.
Packaging:
Recyclable materials are used to pack and protect the works of art prior to shipping.
Art prints would be shipped flat with a hard mailer envelope or in a tube.
All paintings would be shipped in large reinforced envelopes or boxes.

We offer FREE Shipping to UK addresses only.

Our shipping provider is Royal Mail unless stated otherwise.
We will always aim to confirm shipment within 2 working days of receipt of a confirmed order.
Please allow for up to 2 weeks for paintings that are made to order. This would be stated on the item’s description page.
Greeting cards would be shipped with Royal Mail Standard service. Delivery would be in two to three working days.
Art prints and Small original paintings would be shipped via the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed next day service. Full tracking details would be provided and a signature would be required on delivery.
Large paintings are shipped using the Royal Mail Parcel service with tracking. A signature would be required on delivery.
All paintings are fully insured.
If you would want an item delivered faster please add a note in the checkout box or send an email to info@nkolikanayabolu.com. This would be at an extra cost to the buyer.
